Please order early, as dates fill up quickly. Available time slots are shown in the calendar.

If we have capacity, orders can be placed up to 4 days in advance.

We’re available all week, including weekends.

You’ll find the notes section when selecting your date. Please include:

Cake colors – up to 3 colors (if not specified, we’ll choose what fits the theme best).
Please specify both the base color and the text color.

Cake message – up to 15–20 characters, depending on cake size.

Please be precise, as we prepare your order exactly based on these details.

If you have multiple requests, please fill out the form so we can coordinate everything.

Yes! Please keep in mind that all cakes are made in the PiciCake style, even with custom requests, so we kindly ask for your trust.

If you share an inspiration photo, we’ll do our best to match it. However, if it’s another artist’s work, we may not be able to recreate it exactly, but we always aim for a similar result.

Orders can also be picked up in person in District XV, by prior arrangement.

Dessert delivery is available within Budapest only. We follow the delivery time selected at checkout. If everything is in order, we won’t send a separate confirmation — we’ll only reach out if there’s an issue.

Foxpost is available for stationery gifts only, not for baked goods. Delivery timing depends on the courier service, and you’ll receive updates directly from them.

Deliveries take place daily between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Exact delivery times depend on traffic, but the courier will call when they’re nearby.

If the schedule changes, we’ll let you know in advance — this rarely happens.

If everything goes smoothly, we won’t send a separate confirmation unless there’s a delivery issue.

Cakes
Cakes are freshly made on the day of delivery and can be stored refrigerated for about 3 days.
They taste best on the day of delivery or the following day.
Mascarpone cream may crack slightly while chilled — this is completely natural.

Brownie
Freshly made and can be stored refrigerated for about 4 days.
Best enjoyed on the day of delivery or the next day.
If it dries out slightly, 30 seconds in the microwave will make it soft again.

Brookie
Freshly made and keeps well for up to 3 days when stored airtight.
Best enjoyed fresh or the next day.
If it dries out, 30 seconds in the microwave brings it back to perfection.
A great choice with tea or coffee.

If you’re unable to pick up your order, we’ll hold it until the following day.

If we don’t hear from you by then, the order will be canceled.

If you decide you no longer need it, please let us know so we can avoid wasting ingredients and time.
